Step 3: Publish When You're Ready Pay $49 to make your site live, claim a free custom .com domain, and start sharing your invite link so friends and family can submit their own memories and photos.
You maintain full control through your dashboard, where you can review submissions, customize the site design, and manage access.
To continue hosting beyond the first year, you can choose to pay an optional maintenance fee of approximately $25 per year. This covers ongoing hosting, domain renewal, and ensures your site remains online permanently.
If you choose not to continue with the maintenance fee, we understand that circumstances change. Your site will remain accessible for a grace period, and we'll reach out before any changes to help you decide how you'd like to proceed. Our goal is to preserve these memories for generations.
The maintenance fee is completely optional and only applies after your initial 12-month period. There are no hidden fees or automatic charges during your first year.

You own all the content you and your contributors upload to The Memory Source. Photos, stories, and memories submitted to your site belong to you, the customer. We never claim ownership of your content.

Contributing memories is simple and secure. As the site owner, you'll share a special contribution link with friends and family. They don't need to create an account or sign up for anything—they can simply click the link and submit their memory.

The Celebration Reel is a feature that transforms your uploaded photos into a beautiful video tribute. You can select up to 25 photos, choose from curated music themes, and generate a professional-quality video to share at events or download as a keepsake.
To create a Celebration Reel, go to your site dashboard and navigate to Manage Content > Celebration Reel. From there, select the photos you want to include (up to 25), choose your preferred music theme, and click Generate. The video will be ready in a few minutes.
Yes! Once your Celebration Reel is generated, you can download it as an MP4 video file to share however you like—via email, social media, or at events. You can also enable sharing directly on your Memory Source site so visitors can watch it online.

No. You can design and order a photo book or calendar as a guest directly from our Print Shop — no account required. Your design is saved automatically during your session. If you have a Celebration Site account, you can also create keepsakes directly from your dashboard.
Your design is sent to our professional print-on-demand partner after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Standard shipping is available at checkout. Because each item is printed on demand, please allow a few business days for production before shipment.
Once your order has been submitted to print (after payment clears), we're unable to modify or cancel it — production begins immediately.
